Ingredients
two brown eggs, 1/8 bell pepper, 1/2 cup spinach, salt & pepper to taste, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, avocado, and kiwi
Instructions
chop bell pepper into small cubes
add two eggs and bell pepper in a hot pan with butter and let it cook for 90 seconds
add salt, pepper, and red chili powder. Mix well for 30 secondadd spinach and fold it in the eggs for 60 seconds
serve with a warmed up croissant, avocado, and kiwi
